Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days

  • International Shipping: We don't currently offer international shipping at our online store.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.


Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect address information provided at checkout. But let us know if you have an issue and we'll do our very best to help!

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly first. If you need additional assistance, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.


Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may need to charge an additional shipping fee to resend the order.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
