Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your NativeSkins piece. If it’s not quite right for your space, we’re happy to help with a return as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Returns must be started within 30 days of delivery.To complete your return, we’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase. The simplest way is to use our Returns Portal link. If that doesn't work, please contact us at hello@nativeskins.com before sending anything back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing and paying for their own return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service just in case in gets lost by the carrier.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we’ll send you an email letting you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, usually within 3–4 business days. Your bank or credit card company may need a little extra time to officially post the refund.

If you still haven’t received your refund after checking with your bank and credit card company, please contact us at hello@nativeskins.com.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted, including when:

  • An item is not in its original condition
  • An item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • An item is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we’ll gladly replace it. Please email us at hello@nativeskins.com and we’ll help make it right.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of the return once we receive the item.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves first, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
